Counselling for life transitions, identity, and finding your way forward.
A safe space to encourage your own healing and growth
I offer a calm, relational space for people navigating change, questioning who they are, or trying to reconnect with a sense of direction and meaning.
-
Adapted to you
My approach is person-centred and pluralistic, meaning I adapt to what you need rather than following a fixed method. We can think together about what’s going on for you, at a pace that feels manageable.
-
Shaped by experience
Alongside talking, I hold an awareness of the body and the deeper patterns and stories that shape how we experience ourselves and the world.
-
Ready when you are
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. You’re welcome to get in touch for an initial conversation to see if working together feels right.
Booking a session
I offer in-person sessions in North West and West London in a therapy room or outdoors. I also offer online therapy.
The fee is £75 for a 50-minute session. Some concessionary spaces are available and the cost for these is negotiated before the first meeting.
We would start with a free initial conversation to understand how counselling might be useful to you.
Following our initial chat, if we decide to move forward, we can book our first session. From there, we can try three or four sessions before deciding on a longer plan. Short-term therapy works well for specific issues, while ongoing sessions are available for deeper exploration and continued support.
About me
My path into counselling began in the world of professional storytelling. I worked as a storyteller in theatres, arts centres, festivals, schools and museums, and discovered that what I loved most was helping children and adults find and tell their own stories. I particularly valued the quieter, one-to-one moments: listening closely, being alongside someone, and creating the space for their story to unfold.
My own experience of Craniosacral Therapy led me to train in this work. I now practise as a Craniosacral Therapist alongside Counselling.
Although these paths may seem different, for me they share something at their heart: a deep interest in listening, in the relationship between people, and in creating a safe space where someone can be truly heard and understood.
